Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX.

Not all the units at Pelican Walk are pet friendly. There are a select few that allow pets. There is a two-pet maximum and a 20lb limit. There is also a $150 non-refundable pet fee for each pet.

All properties are equipped with bed and bath linens. We also supply the initial supply of toilet paper, bar soap and garbage bags. For longer stays, you’ll want to plan to bring additional toiletries. Basic kitchen equipment including dishes, glasses utensils and pots and pans are also included.

Standard Cancellation Policy. Once your reservation is confirmed by the Reservation Confirmation Email, all deposit payments are non-refundable and there will be no refunds given for any reason. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for all reservations. Failing to remit final payment may result in your reservation being cancelled for NON-Payment. Final payment will not be refunded if Cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival. We strongly encourage you to purchase CSA Travel Protection as we cannot modify or amend our cancellation policy. If you have purchased CSA Travel Insurance, you may contact CSA to begin a claim.

A $300 payment is required at the time of booking. This payment will be applied to the rent and the remaining Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation. Multiple partial payments are subject to a 5% service fee.

All fees are clearly outlined in your Reservation Confirmation. In addition to the rent, there is a Departure Cleaning Fee and a $75 Registration Fee. The Florida Department of Revenue combined tax rate is 12%. Select Vacation Rental Properties allow Pets. The Pelican Walk Owners Association charges a $150 pet fee per pet.

Yes, the property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. All beds will be made with fresh linens and all towels will be freshly laundered.

All guests will check-in at the Rental Office at Pelican Walk. The Rental Office is located in the lobby of the Main Building at Pelican Walk.

We do not allow one-night reservations. Our units in peak season have a seven-night minimum. Please contact us directly for possible exceptions.

Yes. The leaseholder must be 25 years old. Children and teenagers are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
