Welcome to Unit 1006, a three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury penthouse condo at Pelican Walk! It’s 3,000 square feet overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a Gulf front balcony with a view you’ll never get tired of. This unit comfortably sleeps ten, with a dining area set for six, and offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views.
It contains a full kitchen, a working fireplace, air conditioning, cable tv, complimentary wifi, a washer, and a dryer, ideal for families or a weekend with the girls. The master suite has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity. Our guest bedroom has two queen beds and a connected bathroom with a shower and tub combo. It is a non-smoking unit, and no pets are allowed.

Unit 605 has been completely renovated and newly decorated! This three-bedroom luxury condo boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen with brand-new appliances and updated furnishings, including an enormous sectional for everyone to enjoy. The open-concept floor plan lets you enjoy incredible views from any shared area. The kitchen, living room, and dining areas exit onto a wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
It sleeps six comfortably. The master has a pillow-topped king-size bed. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third has a queen bed. The master bath has a marble shower, double vanity, and a large closet, and the secondary bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The rental’s large washer and dryer units are convenient when laundry is getting low, and the beautiful waterfront views will take your breath away. Enjoy the full kitchen with an oversized island and this unit’s free umbrella and beach chair service from March through October.

This ground floor unit is dog friendly and steps from Pelican Walk’s East pool and the Gulf of Mexico. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom, newly renovated unit boasts granite countertops, custom cabinets, custom tile bathrooms, and brand-new furnishings throughout. Its master bathroom has a brand new king-size bed and a private patio, with a full-sized master bathroom containing an oversized shower, a double vanity, and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, and the third has a queen bed and two twins. This unit sleeps up to eight comfortably and would be perfect for a large family or two families vacationing together. Unit 101 has a fully stocked kitchen with a private patio outside and is conveniently located only steps from the parking lot. This unit is quiet and offers more privacy than other condos.

This Gulf front, 1550 square foot unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located on Thomas Drive at the quiet east end of Panama City Beach. Located on the ninth floor and recently renovated, its wraparound balcony has an impressive view all the way out to the jetties at St. Andrew’s state park! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own private balcony. The master bath has a beautiful custom tile shower, bench seat, and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is another master, with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached master bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and twin-sized bunk beds.
The open living area also has a queen sleeper sofa for more guests, two recliners, and incredible views of the Gulf. The spacious wraparound balcony gives guests views of the Gulf and the East pool, meaning you’ll never miss a sunset. This unit has a complimentary beach chair and umbrella service from March through October. During your stay, enjoy the use of the full kitchen, washer, and dryer. Unit 901 sleeps nine people comfortably and is just a short walk to the beach.
