Pelican Walk 402 is a PET FRIENDLY, 1 bedroom - 2 bathroom Gulf front condo that sleeps up to four guests. Unit 402 is located on the 4th floor overlooking the east pool and the Gulf's emerald blue-green water! Enjoy FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service (March through October) as a THANK YOU for Booking Pelican Walk 402!

Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. The balcony looks out over the east side pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. Both bathrooms have custom tile showers and granite counter vanities. There is also a full kitchen, dining area that seats 4, and a full size washer and dryer in the condo. The 402 Free Beach Chair & Umbrella service is available seasonally March thru October!

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per Pet Friendly condo and each dog must weigh 20 lbs or less. The Pelican Walk HOA charges a non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 per pet.

Staying at Pelican Walk you will be close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf, go Kart tracks, Shell Island Shuttles, and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. "This was our second winter at Pelican Walk and I couldn't recommend it enough. Great staff, from the front desk to the maintenance department. Excellent location on the less busy end of Panama City Beach but with plenty of food and drink options fairly close by. And pickle ball courts right on site are a great plus.

Workout room makes place perfect

"Very pleasant. Other than continual issues with hot tub maintenance and unseasonably cold weather, I have no complaints. The resort has everything you need except for a workout facility while oddly having a racquetball court that no one uses. Converted that to a workout room would make Pelican Walk perfect.

"This unit, 402, was very clean, the location is convenient to everything. You can see the sunset from the balcony but you also don't have the afternoon sun making it completely unbearable to sit on the balcony since the building blocks some of it, that was different from other places I've stayed. The elevators were fast, even when folks were checkin in. Overall the place was great and we will be back.

"The condo was clean, although the balcony could use a good scrub and the couch could be cleaned as well. The view was gorgeous, the complex was very well kept & quiet. There are 2 pools right on the ocean and a hot tub. The chairs & umbrella are already set up on the beach which is so convenient. I would recommend staying here!

"We spent several days there with our 2 little Yorkies! Thankful for owners that allow us to bring our fur babies with us. The unit was nice, smelled fresh and clean and had everything we needed. No problems with the elevator, it was fast and no long wait. It was just the two of us, I’d say the only thing about the unit would be if someone was with us that needed to sleep on the sleeper sofa, there were several vertical pieces missing on the blinds going onto the patio, which may make it difficult to sleep after the sun comes up. We were pleased and will definitely stay there again. The pet fee is a little pricey, but again thankful for a place to bring our boys!

"Everything was wonderful! The blinds were broken but that was the only negative thing about the whole trip. The view is beautiful. The staff was very gracious! We hope to come back next year! We did have to have a box fan to drown out some of the motorcycle noises during the night but that was not a big deal to us. We rode down to pier park, we ate, and rode go carts. We attending a wedding out on the beach Saturday evening, it was amazing.

"I wish I could share pictures on this review. The room was very cozy, clean and beautifully furnished, but what I love most about Pelican Walk is it’s So family friendly. The beach is never crowded like it is closer to the pier. There are times you will feel like you have the beach to yourself. After discovering Pelican Walk I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in PCB.

"This is the 2nd time staying here and we hope to keep coming back. The location is perfect being a little ways down from all the tourist type attractions, but not to far from restaurants and stores. You couldn't ask for a better beach, but you better plan on getting up early to get your spot. Having the pool right there is very convenient and the staff does a great job keeping that area clean. The condo is the just right size and affords a great view of the beach. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen all you need to do is stock the fridge. And i would be remiss if I didn't mention how the staff is always so friendly and helpful.

"The condo was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The king size bed was so comfortable after a big day at the beach. The only amenities we could have asked for was a bigger coffee maker and a dining table on the balcony. Other than that our stay was fabulous!!!

"This is our third stay at Pelican Walk. We love it here. We are allowed to bring our dogs, so that is our number one reason for staying her. The unit is always clean and it is very close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool and pool deck are always clean and in good repair.

"Absolutely loved our vacation at Pelican Walk. This complex is located on Thomas Drive on the East end of Panama City Beach. If you want to be away from Spring Breakers and the congested area of tall high rise buildings this is the place to stay. Just steps from the beach. Two pools. The unit we stayed in is very nice and we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Our New Destination of Choice

"We have stayed at one other property along Panama City Beach and of the 2 this one blows the other away. Pelican Walk will be our preferred destination. The staff was helpful friendly, you name a positive attribute and that will describe them. The beach is great, our room was exactly what we needed, clean, functional with a great view. Prior to a storm churning the surf up, the water was crystal clear. We travel with our dogs and there is a nice area for them to use.
There are several options for dining, some within walking distance. Another plus is that this is located just far enough away from all the touristy midway type attractions that you don't get all the noise and traffic. I would definitely recommend this location.
