Pelican Walk Unit 1005 is a corner unit on the 10th floor with breathtaking views and wrap-around balcony! Pelican Walk is located on East end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Dr.
There are king beds in both the primary ocean front bedroom and the guest bedroom and two queen sleeper sofa in the den area. The two bathrooms are generous in size and have been renovated with custom tile showers and new granite top vanities. The kitchen has been completely updated with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo. The wrap around balcony gives you a million dollar view of the can almost see Shell Island! It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf!
Pelican Walk is a FAMILY oriented complex and is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. - 20lbs or under per dog
- Pet fee $150/per dog
- 2 dog maximum per condo
Only rental units that are designated “Pet Friendly” will allow animals. The Pelican Walk Owners Association charges a non-refundable "pet fee" of $150.00 per pet. *All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying service animal must request accommodations at the time of booking.
