As you can guess by the name, Diego’s has a very specific focus, but that doesn’t make this place any less unique! Their food menu is a “build your own burrito,” meaning you cannot go wrong. You pick it, fill it, and top it with whatever you could possibly want! Their drink menu is where things get interesting. With 13 drinks on their menu, 9 of those being margaritas, there is something for everyone’s taste. They have taken the classic margarita, and made some interesting cocktails using vodka, blue curacao, and even jalapenos!
The Brass Tap
Another restaurant with some unique menu items and an intriguing drink menu, The Brass Tap specializes in some amazing craft beer. However, when you look over the menu, you also get a taste of their other amazing beverages. What stands out the most is their selection of unique Mules that you won’t find anywhere else. These puckering thirst quenchers will have you ordering seconds, maybe even thirds! They also have some amazing barrel-aged bourbon to offer those who may have a more refined pallet.
